Dr. Dubey has done BE (Electrical), MBA and Ph.D. in Marketing Management and UGC-NET. Involved in Management Education and Research for over twenty four years, and had been associated as full time faculty member with IPE, Hyderabad, EDI. Ahmedabad, Banasthali Vidyapith (Rajasthan) etc., besides working as visiting faculty at various eminent institutions like BITS (Pilani), NTPC, NMDC, MCH-HRD Hyderabad etc.
Her Area of academic Interest Includes -Marketing Management, Supply Chain Management, Social Marketing, Rural Marketing and Sustainable Marketing.
She has published over 30 conceptual, research and practice articles in reputed national and international journals, Magazine and newspapers in the topics of Marketing Management and general management and economic issues. Written one book and edited three books and has guided three PhDs.
She has handled major research projects on Entrepreneurship & WTO funded by ministry of SSI, GoI and consultancy projects related to forestry sector, Marketing and Supply Chain study. She has organized many MDP Programmes for various sets of professionals including private and PSU employees, for Senior Defense Officers in NIMA, Government officers in MCH-HRD, and Value addition and livelihood opportunities for many JFMC members. She has organised three national and International conferences sponsored by AICTE.
