Dr. Singh is Assitant Professor in Faculty of Environment and Development Economics, D.Litt. (Economics) (2007) ongoing, Ph.D. (Economics) (2004) , M.Phil (1989), Specialization in Regional Planning and Economic Growth,  Barkatullah University, Bhopal.  His area of academic interest is  Regional Planning, Socio-Economic, Ecological Economics,  Environment and Developmental Economics. Dr. Singh has  published sixty three national & International level research paper, attended two hundred twenty five ( national and International   conferences, fourty  research projects completed and fifteen  books published. He is a  member of  editorial  board of  advisors  in nine international journals.  He has awarded SRF ( BANISS,Indore )  ( MAB Pannel ) MOEF, GoI.

Dr. Singh has  30 year  Experience (18 years of research & 12 years of teaching experience.) He has  been faliciated and recognized at national and Internataional level .
