He is a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds a Ph. D. in the area of Finance. His work experience includes six years’ industrial experience in the area of finance, audit and taxation. He has been working with the Indian Institute of Forest Management since 2007 as a faculty in the area of Finance. He has guided nine FPM/Ph. D. students in the areas ranging from corporate sustainability disclosure practices to commodities futures market.

His areas of interest include venture philanthropy, earnings management and corporate disclosure practices.
