IIFM operates as a registered society under the governance of the IIFM Society and the Board of Governors. Academic decisions are entrusted to the Academic Council and the Faculty Council. The institute is structured into two primary divisions: The Academic Stream and the Administrative stream. Administrative stream supports academic initiatives under the supervision of Chief Administrative Officer and Director, who serves as the executive head of IIFM. Academic activities are coordinated by area chairpersons and task heads, with the versatile faculty playing a pivotal role in their execution under leadership of the Director IIFM. In essence, this organizational framework is designed to foster efficient decision-making and collaboration within IIFM, ensuring a well-coordinated approach to both educational delivery and administrative support.
